'Navneet Kalra was selling fake oxygen concentraters at high prices,: Delhi police said in Court

New Delhi: During a hearing in Saket court on navneet kalra's bail plea arrested for black marketing of oxygen concentrater, Delhi Police said that 'We have given a reply. We want to oppose the defence's stand that 'the argument made regarding the lab report on the concentrater is not correct'.

Delhi Police said oxygen concentraters that were of no use were being sold at expensive prices. The concentrater is not German-made nor of good quality as was reported. Police said the quality output rate of the concentrater is less than 30 percent. It was priced at 27,999, but was being sold to people for 70,000 and even millions. The defence argued that the concentrater covid center has been donated. Terming the defence statement as false, police said the concentrater has been traded. The police said that we had given these concentraters to the district collector for distribution, though as soon as we came to know that these concentraters were fake, our DCP had immediately written a letter to the district collector to stop the distribution.

The police responded to the defence's plea that if the concentraters were fake, why were they given to the covid centres and police officers? Police said the Government of India advisory says it is not useful. The police read the advisory stating that the concentrater should be more than 90 percent.
