Working all day, playing, go to office, travel, or some food or fasting, if all the work is not done in the right place or at right time, then its directly effect is on your health. Since, the days of Navratri are about to arrive, therefore we will talk only about fasting and only about your health. Let's tell you how you can manage your health with fast during the busy life of the day. So you have to do nothing more, just keep some things in mind which will keep you healthy every moment:

Navaratri - 1 to 3 days

Follow fruit diet. You can eat sweet fruits like apples, bananas, peas, papaya, watermelon, and sweet grapes. And you can also take Indian gooseberry, amla juice, gourd juice and coconut water.

Navaratri - 4 to 6 days

In the next three days, you can dine with a traditional Navratri diet (given below) with fruit juices, buttermilk and milk.

Navaratri - 7 to 9 days

During the last three days, you can follow a traditional Navratri diet. It would be best if you consult the physician before fasting and remember to do the same as possible with a comfortable condition.
