After all, in North India, Chila is eaten with great fervor. You can eat this special cheela during the fast, which is called 'Falahari Cheela'. If you have only done Falahar in the fast till now, then this time take a taste of Pulahar Cheela.

3 potatoes
2 tablespoons coriander leaves
Half a teaspoon pepper powder
2 green chillies
Three-fourth teaspoon rock salt
20 grams Ghee

To make this recipe, first peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly. Now soak them in a pot for 2-3 hours. After this, tighten with the help of greater. Put the grated potatoes in a mixing bowl and add chopped coriander, green chilli and black pepper and mix well. Now keep this mixture aside. Take a pan and heat it by adding ghee. When the ghee gets hot enough, then take a little mixture of potatoes and spread it on the pan in a round shape. Keep it half a centimeter thick. Cook this cheela on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. When the cheela turns golden brown from one side, flip it and fry till it becomes golden brown from the other side as well. Place the cheela in the serving plate. If you want, you can serve it with chutney.
