necessary ingredients :
1 cup Rajgira flour
4 boiled potatoes
Grated ginger
A little chopped green chili
Little ghee
Rock salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander
Method of making:
First boil the potatos, now peel these potatoes and keep them in a big bowl. After this, knead it well by adding Rajgira flour, ginger paste, green chillies, salt and a little ghee. While kneading the dough, make sure that you do not knead too softly. Otherwise, there will be a problem while making paratha. Now make small dough and bake it. Now, apply oil and roast it as required.
