Ingredients for Raw Banana Tikki
Raw Banana – 6, Water chestnut / Buckwheat flour – 2 tsp, Green chilli – 4 finely chopped, Coriander powder – 1 tsp, Garam masala – tsp, Black pepper powder – tsp, – Lemon juice – 1 tbsp Green Coriander – finely chopped, Rock salt – as per taste, Ghee – for frying the tikkis.

To prepare Raw Banana Tikki, wash the bananas well before placing them in the cooker to cook. The bananas are let to cool once they have been boiled. Peel the bananas one by one and mash them carefully when they have cooled. After the banana has been fully mashed, combine the water chestnut flour, rock salt, green coriander, black pepper powder, green chilli, and garam masala in a large mixing bowl and knead the dough thoroughly.
It should no longer contain any water. Cover the dough with a clean cloth. Make dough tikkis 15 minutes later. Heat ghee in a pan and add three or four tikkis at a time.
Flip the tikkis over when one side begins to brown. Fry all the tikkis like this. Now all your tikkis are ready. Now enjoy your hot tikkis.
