One of the most versatile actors of Bollywood, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has always nailed all of his role characters. The legendary actor has proved his outstanding understanding of the acting with his brilliance in movies such as Gangs of Wasseypur (1 and 2), Badlapur, Raman Raghav 2.0 and many others.Now in his upcoming project, the actor will be portraying late politician and Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray in a biopic. 

From the sets of the movie, we have got some of the pictures of Nawazuddin shooting for the movie. He has completely gotten into the skin of Bal Thackeray's character.

While giving an interview to the leading daily, Nawazuddin Siddiqui said that he never even thought that he would be approached for the part let alone being able to pull it off. But the makers were confident that Nawazuddin could play the part. He included, "If they wanted, they could have approached any other actor, but the fact that they choose me was overwhelming."
 
The actor further added, "There are lots of videos of him on the internet and people have known him, so I have to be sure that I'm not screwing it up. I don't want it to be a mimicry of him either. There's a lot of work to be done, but I'm ready for it."
 
Nawazuddin also confessed that the box office collection of his movie never bothered him. He said that he does not accept too much from his film. People sometimes get confused because of the type of the film I do as they are difficult to understand.
