Ranchi: A Naxal plot to blow up a police team in Jharkhand has once again been foiled by security forces personnel. This time, the security forces have seized 11 IED bombs and destroyed them in an operation against Naxals in Kolhan forest. In fact, the bomb has been recovered from Maradiri, Hathiburu, Meralgarha village and Chota Kuida area under Goilkera police station in addition to the forested hill area around Tumbahaka village under Tonto police station area. 

In these forests, big leaders of CPI Maoist organization Misir Besra, Anmol, Mochu, Chaman, Kande, Ajay Mahto, Sagen Angriya, Ashwin are roaming with their squad. In the light of this information, the security forces are continuously conducting operations against Naxalites in these areas. On Tuesday, when the security forces were conducting a search operation in these areas, five pressure IED bombs planted by Naxals were recovered in the forested hilly area around Tumbahaka village under Tonto police station. Five pressure IED bombs were recovered from Maradiri, Hathiburu, Meralgarha villages and Chota Kuida areas under Goilkera police station. All the bombs have been destroyed by blasting them at the same place in a protective manner with the help of bomb disposal squad.

According to the news received, the bombs that have been destroyed include one bomb of 1.5 kg, one of 8 kg, two of 1 kg, one of 3 kg, three of 6 kg, one of 8 kg, two bombs of 4 kg. If all these bombs had exploded due to the campaign, the security forces could have suffered major losses. But the security forces have foiled the Naxal conspiracy on the strength of wisdom and courage. Apart from this, the security forces have also recovered arrows and iron rods. Which was planted by pit. A team of West Singhbhum district police, Jharkhand Jaguar, Cobra, CRPF and bomb disposal squad was involved in this operation.
