Mumbai: The drug angle came to light during an investigation into the death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Which is going on so far. While investigating the drug angle, the Narcotics Control Bureau had so far caught several celebrities, though many escaped. Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachia were also on the same list. The duo was taken into custody by the NCB after questioning the duo though the duo was granted bail a few days later, which does not please the NCB.
The NCB recently referred to its displeasure in a sessions court in Mumbai during a case. In fact, a report has revealed that the NCB is not happy with the bail decision granted to Bharti and Harsh in the drugs case. Talking to the magistrate's court order in the sessions court last Thursday, the NCB said, "Granting bail to Bharti Singh and Harsh in a drugs case is a dangerous signal for the society. This shows that high profile accused are easily released.''
At the same time, the NCB also said, "The court has given a dangerous signal in the society that high profile criminals can be easily spared on the basis of divine establishment principles without listening to the prosecution.'' In fact, the NCB said this in court when he approached the court for a court hearing on another accused in the drugs case. Let us tell you that on November 21 last year, NCB raided Bharti and Harsh's house in Andheri. At that time NCB officials had recovered 86.50 grams of marijuana from their house and both Bharti and Harsh had admitted that they both used marijuana.
The magistrate's court granted them bail as no conclusive evidence was filed by the NCB against Harsh and Bharti Singh in the court. Bharti and Harsh were released on bail after depositing 15,000 rupees each. Bharati Singh and Harsh's life is back on track and she is busy shooting for herself as before.
