Maharashtra: Dhananjay Munde is in discussions these days. You will know that they are accused of rape. An important decision has been taken in the NCP's core committee meeting. In fact, it has been decided in this meeting that unless the police investigation is completed, Dhananjay Munde will not be resigned.

Talking about the allegation of rape of social Justice Minister Dhananjay Munde in the past, NCP chief Sharad Pawar has said, "The allegations against Dhananjay Munde are serious and the party will take any action on them soon." After the night, cabinet minister Jayant Patil, who went out of the NCP's core committee meeting, termed the entire issue as a 'honey trap' and a deliberate conspiracy against the NCP. He said, "the accused woman has tried to defame her too and it has been expressed by Krishna Hegde himself." Not only that, but he says, "MNS leader Manish has also tried to entrap the woman into her blackmailing.''

Beyond all this, former Jet Airways officer Rizwan Qureshi has also accused Renu Sharma of entrapment in the honey trap. In this way, the NCP has been able to show the case of blackmailing and honeytrap to a large extent, though Renu has categorically denied it.
