Tripoli: Recently about 900,000 people of Libya will need cooperation for humanitarian relief in 2020. This information has been provided by the United Nations Office of Humanitarian Relief (OCHA), which manages human affairs. In the media report, citing UNOCHA, it said that these include the forced and weak people who are most in need of help. At the same time, the report said, 'There are 897,000 people in Libya who need cooperation in 2020 next year. These include displaced, refugee, migrant, war-affected people. It is very important to get clean drinking water, medical services, safe accommodation.

Sources say that getting basic necessities like clean drinking water, medical care, safe accommodation is very important. The UN office also assessed that there are 655,000 refugees and migrants in Libya, including 48,000 registered refugees and refugees. However, refugees and migrants can easily fall prey to security threats, human rights violations, exploitation and torture.

Where the OCHA stated, 'The international humanitarian community has committed to work with local authorities, national NGOs and civil society organizations to provide support to the local people by identifying the needy and ensuring local resources. Since the fall of former leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, Libya has been experiencing increasing violence, unrest and political instability.
