In a recent episode of Neelakkuyil, Swathi appears talking to Kasturi about Adithyan. She says that Adathyan finally realizes Kasturi's love. Kasturi gets surprised by Swathi's words. Swathi also says that Adityan will soon accept Kasturi as his wife. Rani overhears the conversation and gets upset. She wonders why Adityan is hurting her. Later, Rani meets Adityan and the two end up in a big argument.

In addition, they meet Rani and ask if the queen has taken the harmful medicine that causes the miscarriage. The queen emotionally denies the same. On the other hand, Roshan finds Parthasarathy and informs Adithyan. He is surprised to know that Parthasarathy is Adityan's friend. Meanwhile, Adityan arrives at the place and meets Parthasarathy. He asks about the argument that Parthasarathy was with Rani. Parthasarathy replies that Sharan has divorced his daughter to marry the queen. Adityan gets shattered by Parthasarathy's words.
