The Medical Counselling Committee has released a counselling programme for 15% All India quota seats under NEET (UG) 2020 admission process. As per NEET UG Counselling 2020 schedule released by MCC on Sunday, 22nd October, registration for first-round counselling will commence from 27th October, which will run till 2nd November. In the first round, the choice filling will be from 28th October to 2nd November and the allotment of seats will be on 3rd and 4th November. The results of the first round counselling will be announced on 5th November, based on which candidates will be able to enter the allotted institutions from 6th November to 12th November. Prior to this, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has been asked to conduct the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). Counselling under NEET (UG) 2020 admission process for the year 2020 was to be started shortly by the Medical Counselling Committee. The process of counselling and programme was to be released by MCC shortly on the official portal, mcc.nic.in. The process of allotment of counselling and seats for 15% All India quota seats of medical and dental courses under NEET UG 2020 is to be completed by the Medical Counselling Committee, while counselling for seats of the country, universities and institutes will be done by the concerned authorities.

NEET UG examination 2020 has been announced by the National Examination Agency on 16th October. As per the information received, 317 MBBS and 22 dental ESIC seats are available in All India quota by MCC. The institutes for which seats are to be allotted by MCC include DU, BHU, AMU, AIIMS and JIPMER etc. These institutes will be counselling the successful declared candidates for 15% All India quota.
