NEET 2023 will take place on Sunday, May 7, 2023. The registration period for the NEET 2023 is set to open today, March 1, 2023. Application fees and other test-related information will be included in the exam bulletin and notice. Candidates must be at least 17 years old to sit for the NEET 2023 exam.

For admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, and other undergraduate medical programmes at approved/recognized Medical/Dental/AYUSH and other Colleges/Deemed Universities/Institutes (AIIMS & JIPMER) in India, the NEET UG entrance exam is held.

A candidate who is taking the qualifying examination, or the 12th Standard, and whose results are not yet available, may apply and take the test, but if he or she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage at the time of the first round of counselling, he or she will not be eligible for admission to the undergraduate medical courses.

The National Eligibility and Entrance Exam for Undergraduates, or NEET, is held to determine eligibility for admission to UG medical programmes, such as MBBS and BDS. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu are the languages that the NEET (UG) 2022 will be conducted in.

All applicants should confirm that their email address and mobile number are current and accurate. Candidates must enter the OTP sent to their registered mobile number when registering, and they must enter the OTP sent to their registered email address before submitting their payments.

MBBS, NEET score is used for admission to courses like BDS,BSc Nursing, BSc Life Sciences, AYUSH courses, Veterinary courses.  The marking scheme for the NEET 2023 will be as follows: Correct answer: Four marks (+4), Incorrect answer: Minus one mark (-1), Unanswered/marked for review: 0 mark.

NEET 2023 reservation requirementsare as follows: 15% of seats in each course are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC). 7.5% of each course's seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribes (ST). 5% of the seats in the OPEN, GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, and ST categories are reserved for people with disabilities (PwD).
