On the basis of which Iowa State University psychologists researched on 436 volunteers, they told these results. Volunteers' sleep in this research was judged at the level of their anger.

Research has found that when people get angry they usually fall asleep. This is a bit weird, but interesting because in the research done earlier it was found that due to lack of sleep, people were seen more irritated and angry.

Researchers believe that some people do not sleep in anger, but things constantly keep moving in their minds. Indeed, sometimes anger attacks heartbeat becomes very fast, which does not bring sleep. Although this does not mean that due to the rage you get angry, it will have a great effect on you. In such a case if you really get angry, talk about it after some time.

Whether you want to get away from the one who has been angry for 10-15 minutes. Although it is difficult to do so, there is no better way to calm anger.

So here are few measures to get rid of it:

-Give yourself time to relax for a whole week.

-Try to go to bed one hour before bedtime. Stay away from technology.

-Avoid drinking caffeine after about 4 o'clock.

- Do not drink alcohol before going to bed.

- Silent your phone and keep it off before the bed.

-Do exercise in the morning.
