Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the new Parliament building in New Delhi. In which many dignitaries including a large number of politicians attended. One of them was former Prime Minister and JDS leader HD Deve Gowda. Former Prime Minister Deve Gowda, who arrived at the inauguration ceremony, said such a thing on the occasion of the inauguration of Parliament House, which can pinch the opponents.

HD Deve Gowda, who attended the inauguration ceremony of the new Parliament building, said on Sunday that he was fortunate to have got the opportunity to witness this great moment in the democratic history of the country. "I never thought that he would be able to sit in the new Parliament building in his lifetime. He said that in Indian tradition, the construction and entry of a new house is a very auspicious and rare moment for a normal person in his lifetime. This is also an extraordinary moment in the lifetime of our country." When the old Parliament building was inaugurated, India was under colonial rule and we did not get independence.  

Remembering several prominent national personalities, former PM Deve Gowda said, "Our country and Parliament are not tainted by a bloody revolution." Let us become one nation through peaceful and non-violent means. It was an invaluable achievement. This is our heritage and this is the value system, which we have to preserve and pass on to our future generations.
