Karimnagar: BJP candidate from Huzurabad, Rajender, while campaigning at Jammikunta in the district on Friday said that great leaders like former PM Indira Gandhi and former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao lost the election, so CM KCR was no exception. Polasani Sampath, former president of Jammikunta TRS Mandal joined the BJP along with Akula Ramesh and others.

Addressing a public meeting there, Rajendra said that protecting the people of his own party has become a big task these days for the CM. "He has no human and moral values or cares about morality and only cares about his own selfish needs," he said. He said that he had never written a letter to KCR to apologize. The Election Commission also clarified that it has not received any such letter from their side.

“I am a man of honesty and will not stoop to this level,” he said, adding that the people of Huzurabad knew this fact and were seeing the false propaganda of the TRS leadership. Rajendra said that the people of the area will teach a lesson to TRS in this by-election. He said that his resignation has forced the TRS government to announce several schemes like Dalit Bandhu. Former MLA M Dharma Rao, BJP leaders Bodiga Shobha, Ashwathama Reddy and others were present.
