New Delhi: A 27-year-old groom has been shot by unknown miscreants in Mundka area of Delhi. According to the information given by the police, the groom was shot by unidentified men during his wedding procession. The groom's condition is stated to be critical, however, the is out of danger.

While giving information about the case, the Delhi Police has said that the incident took place near Deer Kudna area of outer Delhi on Sunday night. Police received information that a groom carrying a procession in this area has been shot. After this, groomRaman was rushed to the nearest hospital for immediate treatment. During interrogation, the people present on the spot told the police that some unknown people came in a car and shot the groom and escaped.

When the people present on the spot tried to catch the attackers, they hit a relative of the groom with car and escaped. Police has said that a case has been registered under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and teams have been formed to identify the accused.
