The all new DDR5 is the improvised RAM is more efficient than the recent generation RAM, that is DDR4. The new RAM will not only be more efficient but also have the double speed than its predecessors. The news was revealed by the JEDEC organization.

JEDEC stated a statement, "As planned, DDR5 will provide double the bandwidth and density over DDR4, along with delivering improved channel efficiency. These enhancements, combined with a more user-friendly interface for server and client platforms, will enable high performance and improved power management in a wide variety of applications."

The company said that it would develop NVDIMM-P (Non-Volatile Dual Inline Memory Module Persistent) and allege that "will be a new high capacity persistent memory module for computing systems."
