The Google Chrome updated Browser is set to get launched on Dec 6 2016. The Chrome 55 is the new version with improved Java Script that will reduce memory footprint of major websites like The New York Times, Reddit, and YouTube, according to Engadget. Those and other similar sites will consume 50 percent less RAM than they do in the current stable version of Chrome.

Talking in straight words, this new feature will make the consumption of the battery less. The memory used in the browsing along with the data consumption will be lessened and many things will become efficient in this new browser. However the Microsoft has already claimed that their previous browsers were more efficient than this new browser.
