Actually, a 62 year old man living in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi became a victim of cyber fraud. The victim has said in the police complaint that he received a call from an unknown number on WhatsApp. The caller has said that his brother's son has been kidnapped. After this he became nervous. 

Demand for ransom amount: Reports say that instead of fake kidnapping, cyber thugs demanded ransom and asked to transfer the amount quickly. During this call, the old man heard the sound of a human crying from behind. After this he became nervous. 

Demand for 50 thousand rupees in ransom: Along with which the accused gave a separate number to the victim and asked to transfer 50 thousand rupees on it. If the money was not transferred, he threatened and said that the consequences would be bad. The accused threatened the victim a lot. 

When did he come to know about cyber fraud?: According to the information received so far, he came to know about this cyber fraud when he called his brother and Also asked about the son. His brother told that he is fine and at home. After which he understood that he had become a victim of cyber fraud. In the police complaint, the victim has said that he got scared and after that he transferred Rs 50 thousand. The victim informed the police about this entire matter and has also lodged a complaint.
