In addition to the country, a large number of students from abroad also come to study. In the recent past, especially after the Modi government came to power, this university emerged as an important anti-government centre. During that time freedom slogans were quite famous. But now it seems that the hostel independence of the students is going to end now. University management has prepared a draft hostel rule. Under which the students of Jawaharlal Nehru University will not be able to enter the hostel after 11:30 pm.
