Vehicle maker TVS has launched a new Grand Edition of its most popular scooter Jupiter. The special feature of the new TVS Jupiter Grande Edition is that it has Bluetooth connectivity feature SmartXonnect. The price of this scooter is Rs 59,900. To increase its sales, the company has given the SmartXonnect feature in this new variant that you can connect your smartphone to a scooter through an app. This will give you calls, text, alerts for overspeeding and trip details. Apart from this, the analog-digital instrument cluster of the scooter will get information on speed, trip meter and odometer readings and fuel levels. It includes LED headlamps with chrome bezels, dual-color 3D logo, chrome finish on the front fenders and rear view mirrors, premium maroon. Color seats, beige interior panels and machined dual-tone alloy wheels have been given. The scooter is available in Tech Blue color.
According to media reports, this new variant is like other variants of Jupiter. It has a 109.7cc, single cylinder, air-cooled engine, which generates 7.99PS power and 8.4Nm torque. Talk about the suspension, telescopic fork in the front and preload-adjustable shock absorber in the rear. The new Jupiter Grand is available in only one variant (disc). It has disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The scooter is equipped with CBS (combined braking system). At the same time, the first upcoming Jupiter Grand Disc and Drum in both variants have been introduced among the customers.
