New-Gen 2022 KTM RC390 motorcycle Launched In India At Rs 3.13 Lakh

KTM announced the debut of its next-generation 2022 KTM RC 390 on Monday, with a price tag of Rs 3,13,922. (ex-showroom Delhi). Bookings for the new bike have also begun at KTM dealerships across the country, according to the firm.
Since 2014, the KTM RC 390 has become a popular super sports model.

The current model features race-inspired electronics such as motorcycle traction control, quickshifter+, lean-angle sensitive cornering ABS, and Supermotio mode, which are only found in litre-class motorcycles, according to the company.

The KTM RC 390 is equipped with a 373cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder DOHC engine with two overhead camshafts, four valves, and electronic fuel injection, as well as a larger 13.7-litre fuel tank for increased day-to-day riding comfort and range, according to the company.

"KTM RC motorcycles with full fairings make a substantial and rising contribution to the KTM line. The next-generation KTM RC 390 is set to extend its lead in the premium performance motorbike sector with this spate of changes, bringing actual racetrack-inspired DNA to the streets," said Sumeet Narang, president (Probiking), Bajaj Auto Ltd, the Indian distributor of KTM motorcycles.

For racing enthusiasts who want to improve their lap times, the 2022 KTM RC 390 is equipped with class-leading electronics.  KTM Pro-XP, which now offers curated pro-experience programmes for the KTM Street and Adventure lines, will shortly add a unique multi-city KTM RC track racing property, the company said.
