On this International Women's day, we, the News Track family, salutes the women power around us. Today we have taken a small initiative to let the women's around us feel that "They are equal".
Women! The word is complete in itself. There is no need to add anything to it. We at the News Track family are profusely trying to empower women around us. We provide them with the platform to express more and keep them on the equal level as the men employees at our office. Just the way someone said that the improvement starts at home. The point they enter the office until the moment they leave, they constantly spread smile and affection into everyone.

Worldwide women are growing rapidly in every direction then we should take a step forward to make them more powerful and let the world know about their talent. In this male dominating society women are more powerful but are underrated.
Apart from all the stress and the workload, we have celebrated International Women's day with our female employees by taking a tiny initiative, we tried to spread a smile on their faces.
