There is political turmoil between the BJP and Shiv Sena for the formation of a new government in Maharashtra. In such a situation, despite coming close to the deadline of government formation, today i.e. on Friday, Shiv Sena again attacked the BJP and said, 'It should not abuse the provision of caretaker government.' On the other hand, according to a PTI report, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut, in a message to the BJP reiterating his demand for the post of CM, said, "BJP should come to us only if it is agree to give the Chief Minister's post to Shiv Sena."

With this, the current term of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly is ending on Saturday (9 November) and if the new government is not formed by tomorrow i.e. Saturday, the Governor should remain the temporary chief minister. To avoid the option of President's rule Devendra Fadnavis can be asked to run government as caretakers till the formation of next government.

Along with this, Raut also targeted the BJP and said, 'BJP should not misuse the provision of caretaker government.' Let us tell you that along with this, Raut also targeted CM Devendra Fadnavis and said that he should resign.

At the same time, Raut said, 'Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis should resign as the term of the current assembly is ending.' Let us tell you that the current term of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly is ending on November 9. In such a situation, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and his ministers will have to resign by Saturday. With this, President's rule can be imposed on the recommendation of the Governor if no party can form a government in Maharashtra.
