2 Bangladeshi terrorists arrested from Bhopal, spreading 'poison' through social media

Bhopal: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested two more Bangladeshi nationals from Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal. The arrested accused have been identified as Hamidullah alias Samid Ali Mian and Mohammad Sahadat Hussain alias Abdullah. Both of them were associated with the terrorist module of the terrorist organization Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB). 

 

Their links have been found to be linked to 7 terrorists who were arrested from Bhopal and other cities of the state in March 2022. So far, a total of 9 suspects have been arrested in this case. Along with them, three illegal Bangladeshi immigrants were also arrested from Aishbagh in Bhopal, the agency said. According to the report, Hamidullah and Mohammad Sahadat Hussain are accused of carrying out jihadi activities in India. Both the arrested accused are originally from Bangladesh. They are accused of conspiring to spread the ideas of the terrorist organization JMB. The NIA said that both the accused were posting highly radical and hateful jihadi content online.  

Both the accused were spreading communal poison through social media and were involved in motivating the youth to wage jihad against India. For this, they used encrypted apps. They used to contact Bangladesh through different apps. At present, the investigation into the case is going on continuously. The case was initially registered as FIR No. 13/2022 in MP's Bhopal on March 14 and re-registered by NIA on April 5. Seven people were arrested in this case.

On March 13, the STF arrested four members of the terrorist organization JMB from Bhopal's Aishbagh area. They were identified as Fazhar Ali alias Mahmood, Mohammad Aqeel alias Ahmed, Zaharuddin alias Ibrahim and Fajar Zainul Abedin alias Akram. After their interrogation, three other suspects were arrested. who helped them. Let us know that the central government banned the terrorist organization JMB in May 2019.
