Patna: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has now registered a case under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) in the Phulwari Sharif case of Bihar. The role of radical Islamic organisation Popular Front of India (PFI) is coming to the fore in this whole case. The NIA has started investigating it. The official said that a case has been registered under various sections of IPC and UAPA following an order issued by the Counter Terrorism and Counter Radicalisation Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
It may be mentioned that, Bihar Police has recently revealed the PFI Terror Module. The police had arrested three persons in this connection, who were related to the PFI. At the same time, there was a conspiracy to get involved in anti-India activities. The NIA on Wednesday conducted a check at the Jamia Maria Niswa madrasa in Bihar's East Champaran district and arrested a teacher named Asgar Ali. Retired Jharkhand police officers Mohammad Jalaluddin and Athar Parvez were arrested from Patna's Phulwari Sharif area on July 13, while Nooruddin Jangi was arrested from Lucknow by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) three days later.

Several incriminating Islamic documents have been found in a raid conducted by the Bihar Police at Phulwari Sharif. One such document was titled 'Vision 2047 India', which talks about an armed attack on India by Indian Muslims helped by Islamic countries. At the same time, the entire plan was made to make India a Muslim nation by 2047.
