NIA files chargesheet against 7 Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen terrorists

New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against seven terrorists of TUAM in Poonch in connection with a criminal conspiracy by tehreek-ul-Mujahideen (TUAM). All the terrorists have been booked under various sections including Sections 121-A, 122 of IPC, Section 7, 25 of arms Act, Section3 and 4 of explosives Act and Sections 18, 38, 39 of UA(P) Act.

The chargesheet filed in the NIA court said that all the seven terrorists were carrying out anti-India activities at the behest of their masters sitting in Pakistan. The terrorists of TUAM included in the chargesheet are Mohammad Mustafa Khan, Mohammad Yasin, Mohammad Farooq, Mohammad Ibrar, Mohammad Javid Khan, Sher Ali and Mohammad Rafique.

The case came to light after Mohammad Mustafa Khan was arrested some time ago. He was arrested under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act by the Mendhar police in Poonch district.
