Jammu: With the increasing crime and incidents in our country day by day, now due to terrorist attacks, fear is being created in the minds of people. Every day, some such case comes to the fore. The commander of the Jaish-e-Mohammed militant organization in Pulwama, South Kashmir, on Wednesday, 26 February 2020, a fortnight after being handed over the probe into the recent terror attack on the Ban Toll Plaza in Jammu. Zahid Ahmad Wani and raided seven locations, including the house of Sameer Ahmed Dar, who was caught in the encounter.

During this period, the investigating agency has seized some papers and other material. All these hideouts belong to the terrorists and their relatives. Meanwhile, the NIA has detained a youth, Jubeer Ahmed Bhat, from Drabgam Pulwama for questioning. Although this has not been officially confirmed. According to the information, the investigating agency first searched the house of Zahid Ahmad Wani in Karimabad. Later, the team reached the house of Sameer Ahmed Dar in Gundibagh Pulwama.

Sameer is a driver by profession and is a relative of Adil Ahmed who carried out the attack on the convoy of CRPF personnel on 14 February 2019 in Pulwama. Sameer was arrested during the encounter on 31 January in Nagrota. Three foreign terrorists were killed in this encounter. Different teams of NIA also raided Khan Saheb area of Budgam district. However, no official has confirmed this.
