Nagrota encounter: NIA in prepartion to file charge sheet

Srinagar: It is going to be one year to the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir is going to be a year. In such a situation, the NIA has made complete preparations to file a charge sheet against the six terrorists of terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed in Nagrota. An encounter between security forces and terrorists took place earlier this year at the toll plaza of Nagrota.

In this case a charge sheet will be filed in the special court of Jammu. The chargesheet states that the Pakistan-backed Jaish terrorists were in the process of executing a major attack. The attack was thwarted by vigilant security forces on 31 January. In retaliation after the firing from the militants near the CRPF post in Nagrota, 3 militants were killed by the security forces. A soldier was also injured in this encounter. On the other hand, three terrorists were also arrested.

The conspiracy came to light after the arrest of Sameer Ahmed Dar, the brother of Pulwama suicide bomber Adil Ahmed Dar. The Jaish terrorist Sameer was arrested alive by the Jammu and Kashmir Police from the encounter site. Sameer Dar was going somewhere in a truck with three fidayeen and overground workers. He is also the cousin of Pulwama fidayeen attacker Adil Aham Dar. It was Adil who carried out the Pulwama attack, in which more than 40 CRPF jawans received Virgati.
