State Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has once again issued a controversial order. The Election Commission has issued a circular to the Chief Secretary of the State Government to stop the welfare schemes of the AP government, citing the election code as an excuse. The election code has become a barrier to the mother's scheme that millions of mothers are expecting. Similarly, restrictions have been imposed on distribution of houses across the state.

But the preparations in Nellore are already active for the Ammaodi program. The SEC issued a circular that the implementation of the schemes would affect voters if the governor mentioned in the governor's speech on welfare schemes and budget aryline. However, experts say that these directives clearly have a political agenda. Many are surprised at the unilateral decisions of the SEC
