New Delhi: The Modi government at the center is on the target of critics due to the slowdown in the economy. All institutions in India and abroad have given negative reports about India's growth rate. Many companies in the country have stalled production activities. Despite all this, the government is refusing to accept the recession. Economist and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's husband Parakala Prabhakar has said that the government is denying the reality of recession.

It should improve the condition of the economy on the economic model of the Congress. Writing an article column in a newspaper called 'The Hindu', Prabhakar expressed concern over the recession issue and said that the government wants to get rid of this problem by closing its eyes. He said that when the successive sectors are facing the challenges of recession, the BJP government does not understand what is the reason for this slow down. It does not seem that the BJP government has any strategic approach or plan to deal with these challenges.

He also termed wrong tp government's methods of dealing with the recession. Said, Modi government has no desire to form a clear idea for the country's economy and has failed to present a roadmap to improve the economy. The economist said the ruling party should “wholly embrace” and own the PV Narasimha Rao-Manmohan Singh economic architecture to tackle the severe distress in the economy. He said their “path-breaking repositioning” continues to remain unchallenged even today.
