New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, the revision petition of Akshay Kumar Singh, one of the four convicts of the 2012 Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde will hear the review petition on Tuesday afternoon at 2 pm. This bench also consists of Justices Ashok Bhushan and Justice R. Bhanumathi. Whereupon Justice Bhushan and Justice Bhanumati had earlier rejected the petition filed against the High Court by the 4 accused of Nirbhaya and had given them the death sentence.

Sources say that the four convicts were produced through video conferencing in Delhi's Patiala House Court on Friday. After producing, all these criminals felt that soon they will be hanged.
