Japan's carmaker Nissan has launched its new electric crossover SUV Nissan Ariya. The company says that this SUV will give you powerful acceleration and a smooth driving. The electric SUV concept was first introduced at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show. The design and features of Nissan Ariya are very similar to the concept model.

This new electric SUV from Nissan will be available in single motor and twin motor options. It will also have two battery pack options, including 63kWh and 87kWh. The single-motor model of the Nissan Ariya will generate 218hp of power with a 63kWh battery pack, while it will provide 242hp of power with an 87kWh battery pack. The 63kWh battery pack model will be able to cover 360 km on a full charge and the 87kWh battery pack model can cover up to 500 km on a full charge. The single motor model of Nissan Ariya is capable of reaching speeds of 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 7.5 seconds. The top speed of the car is 160 kilometers per hour.

Nissan's new e-4orce 4-wheel-drive system has been used in twin-motor powertrains. The 63kWh Ariya e-4orce model of this SUV produces 279hp power and 560Nm torque. On a full charge, it will cover a distance of 340 km.
