Patna: The Nitish government of the state is seen in action mode to strictly implement the prohibition of liquor in Bihar. CM Nitish Kumar had a review meeting on Tuesday to make it more effective. After which CM Nitish has handed over the reins of Prohibition Department to KK Pathak. At the same time, to make the prohibition more effective, it is also being added to the propaganda. Therefore, on November 26, all the employees of the Bihar government will take an oath not to drink alcohol and will hand over its video and affidavit to the excise department.

Tell us that 26th November is celebrated as Prohibition day in Bihar. Prohibition was announced in the state only on November 26, 2016. That is why on 26th November, the day of de-addiction, officials and employees of all departments and offices in the state will take oath of prohibition. On this day, employees will take an oath not to consume alcohol at 11 a.m. in their office premises and not motivate others not to consume it.

It is being reported that it has been made mandatory for employees to take an oath not to drink on November 26. If no employees are able to take oath for some reason on this day, they will have to fill the affidavit and make a video and send it to the departmental officers within a week. K.K. Pathak, Additional Secretary, Department of Prohibition of Products and Liquor has sent the rules in this regard to all departments.
