He says Nitish Kumar can take oath as Chief Minister after Diwali.

Casey Tyagi has made it clear that Nitish Kumar is going to be sworn in as Chief Minister after Diwali. Nitish Kumar will take oath, he is going to take office as Chief Minister for the seventh time. Nitish was first sworn in as CM in 2000 and then sworn in in 2005, 2010, 2015, 2015, 2017.

At present, Bihar is getting to see a continuous celebratory atmosphere. In Patna, JD (U) and BJP workers are engaged in celebrating.
