Aurangabad: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Monday strongly targeted the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo and former CM Lalu Prasad. Without naming anyone, he said that when the husband (Lalu) went inside (jail), he made wife (Rabri Devi) as CM, but no work was done for the development of women.

While addressing different election meetings in Rafiganj in Aurangabad and Sherghati in Gaya, CM Nitish Kumar targeted the RJD's reign and said that everyone knows what used to happen during the rule of husband and wife. But when we got an opportunity to work, then the rule of law was established. Work was done in all areas. CM Nitish said, what kind of crime were there at that time?

But when we got an opportunity to work, then work was done in all areas. While discussing Lalu Yadav's imprisonment in the fodder scam, he said that, when the husband went to jail, he gave his post to his wife. But what did they do for women? When we came, we made a provision of 50 percent reservation for women in the panchayat elections, which increased their prestige.
