Patna: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar is about to expand his cabinet. The CM is said to be expanding his cabinet on Sunday. Now in Bihar government's cabinet 11 ministerial posts are vacant. There are   speculations on the leaders ' names over the expansion of the cabinet. The Cabinet of the Bihar government has vacated three ministerial posts in the Lok Sabha elections this time as the three ministers have now become MPs.
