  • Open your mouth to form an “O.”
  • Fold your upper lip over your teeth.
  • Smile to lift your cheek muscles.
  • Gently place fingers on the top part of your cheeks.
  • Relax your cheek muscles to return to the original position.
  • Repeat the raising and lowering motion 10 times.
