The list includes Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Yavatmal, Amravati, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Solapur, Akola, Buldhana, Washim, Beed, Gadchiroli, Ahmednagar, Osmanabad districts where home isolation has been closed. But yes, the BMC has just allowed home isolation. On the other hand, the Maharashtra government says, "Even though the cases are decreasing, precautions have to be taken, there were complaints many times that patients were not following home isolation properly, so their family members as well as the people around them are getting infected, so patients will now have to stay in the covid centre to protect the rest from infection".

Let us tell you that the decision to abolish home isolation comes at a time when the corona graph is falling in Maharashtra. At present, the pressure on hospitals and covid centres has subsided and due to this, it has now been decided to eliminate home isolation and admit new patients to the covid centre, which will take care of them and reduce the risk of infection among others.
