There is relief news for foreign students who dream of studying in American universities. US President Donald Trump has withdrawn his decision to cancel visas of foreign students. Earlier, due to Corona epidemic, there was talk of canceling and withdrawing the visas of foreign students when there was an option of online classes in America. After which the students of all other countries including India, who had studied here were in trouble.

Federal Judge Alison Barrow said on Tuesday that the government has agreed to withdraw its decision. No new rules are going to apply in this regard. It was said by Harvard and MIT that this decision could cause financial loss. At the time of the emergency hearing on the petition filed by the two institutions through teleconference for a few minutes, the judges announced the government to withdraw the decision. The case was filed in the Federal Court of Boston on July 8 by the Massachusetts Institute (MIT) and Harvard University.

According to the old decision, students living here on F-1 or M-1 visas were instructed to leave the US. It is to be noted that the US Immigration and Customs Enforce announced this on July 6. On which, several institutions including Harvard University had filed a case in the court, protesting. According to the International Institute of Education, there are more than 1 million foreign students in America, and about 20 thousand of them are Indians. Many American educational institutions are established only because of tuition fees received from foreign students.
