Noida: The Noida Authority has decided that the property prices in the city will not be increased until the next financial year. However, it has also been decided that those who run commercial activity in the residential sector will fall and strict action will be taken against the culprits if the use of land is changed.

The 200th meeting of the Noida Authority was held in the Sector 6 office on Thursday. In this meeting, about 35 agendas were placed before the board. First, loans were reviewed on Greater Noida Development Authority, Yamuna Authority, Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation and many other corporations. It has been decided to recover the amount by applying simple interest on this loan. Also, many issues were discussed such as rescheduling scheme, time extension assets to curb business activities and keep fixed honorarium to retired employees for a few days. The meeting was led and commissioned by Alok Tandon, Commissioner of Industrial Development.

Authority CEO Ritu Maheshwari, Greater Noida Authority CEO Narendra Bhushan and Yamuna Authority's Arun Singh were present on the occasion. Property prices in Noida city will not be increased in this financial year, meaning the current property prices will remain applicable in the city till 31 March 2021.
