New Delhi: A case of a 12-year-old boy being brutally assaulted in UP's Noida, adjoining the capital, has come to light. Where one of the accused along with a 12-year-old child committed the crime. On the complaint of the family members, the police have registered a case at Sector 113 police station and started an investigation.  

After receiving the complaint of the misdeeds, the police took action and arrested the accused. According to police, the victim's family had filed a case against the accused. The complaint stated that the child was playing near the water plant near the village. The man working there forcibly grabbed the child, then pressed his mouth and took him to the bushes. Where the accused misbehaved with him.  

Police have registered a case under Section 377 in the case and arrested the accused. According to the police, the accused has been produced before the court. Let me tell you that usually section 376 is used in the case of rape of women. However, in this case, the police have taken action as per Section 377. According to this section, if someone has unnatural sex with a man, woman, man or animal against the system of nature, he can be punished with imprisonment for life or up to 10 years in jail.
