New Delhi: While people are suffering, in fear, in distress during the crisis of the Corona epidemic, there are some who are not failing to commit heinous acts even in this disaster. The latest case has come to light from a hospital in Sector-39, Noida, police have arrested a safai karamchari woman from here, accusing the woman of stealing mobile phones of hospitalised corona patients. She has stolen many mobile phones after the patients died.

According to police information, the woman used to steal mobiles of dead people and seriously ill people. Noida Sector-39 police have arrested the accused Meena from outside Gate No.3 of Sector-41 on Wednesday afternoon. Police have recovered several mobiles from the woman. In fact, there were complaints of mobile theft of patients at Coweed Care Hospital in Sector-39. The police and hospital administration were investigating the case.

Meanwhile, it was found that Meena, who works as a sweeper on contract, was stealing mobile phone and going out of Sector-41 from Gate No.3. Police have arrested Meena as she left the hospital. Six stolen mobile phones have also been recovered from Meena. In the interrogation, the woman has admitted that she used to steal mobiles from serious patients and dying corona patients.
