He said the cancer data done by the project will be used by the government in the prevention, treatment, and policy making decisions of cancer.
According to the study, the Aizawl district in Asia has a higher rate of lung cancer in Asia than non-Asian countries and men also have the highest rate of colon cancer. Tobacco-related cancers are also the highest among the North Eastern States of India. Cancer is a disease that spreads throughout the body.
