New Delhi: In Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, it is now even easier to get a driving licence than ever before. The learning licences in these states will no longer have to wait for much longer. Now the application can also be printed online from anywhere. In Bihar, this facility can be taken up in transport offices of all districts of the state including Patna.

In addition, some states have now changed the system of depositing fees for learning licences. Madhya Pradesh has also made a major change in the learning licence. If your licence is from another city but you have the address to stay in the existing city, you will be able to have a permanent licence. It is learnt that you will have to pay Rs. 740 as soon as the slot is booked for the learning licence in Bihar. You will get a date according to your convenience for the learning license test as soon as you book the slot. In addition, states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh have decided that they are now going to be changed in the rules like learning licences and registration of trains.

According to the Bihar Transport Department, only online applications are being used in the state. The offline system has been abolished. Online examination is being conducted in district transport officers. In the 10-minute test, 10 questions are asked, six of them should have correct answers.
