New Delhi: You will now be able to order medicine online on Flipkart's acquired e-commerce platform. Flipkart has launched Flipkart Health+ to enter the world of pharmacy. Flipkart Health Plus has decided to buy a majority stake in Kolkata-based company SastaSundar (Sastasundar Marketplace).

SastaSundar online pharmacy and digital health care platform operates SastaSundar.com (SastaSundar.com). Flipkart said on Friday that it will take entry into the health care sector with the agreement and launch the Flipkart Health Plus platform without disclosing the acquisition contract amount. "We have signed certain agreements to buy most of the stake in SastaSundar," the company said in a statement. The cheapest online platform operates SastaSundar.com, a digital pharmacy platform.'

The company said it will launch the Flipkart Health Plus platform, which will benefit from the combined strength of the Flipkart group. Flipkart Health Plus will try to provide quality and affordable healthcare to millions of Indian consumers. SastaSundar was founded by B L Mittal and Ravikant Sharma in 2013.
