Indian two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp is thinking of working on scooters and premium motorcycle segments in the country. At present, the company is studying its new products to strengthen its presence in the market.

According to a recent Economic Times report, Hero Motocorp is also working on a 200 cc off-road motorcycle. Apart from this, the company is also planning to offer the Extreme 200S by the end of the current financial year

Hero MotoCorp is not new to the motorcycle segment because its product portfolio has an impulse. Unfortunately, due to decreasing demand in the market, the motorcycle was discontinued in India. 

But now, there has been considerable change in Indian motorcycle culture, and an inexpensive off-road adventure motorcycle will hit immediately in the country

Hero has clarified that 200 CC Off-Road is working on motorcycles. At present, Hero has a 3.52% stake in the premium motorcycle segment, while its competitor is at Bajaj Auto 30%.

Hero MotoCorp is working on several new products in the premium motorcycle and scooter segment. 

The company is preparing to strengthen its presence in the market with its 200 ccs of necked and off-road motorcycles. After launching this bike, Yamaha will be seen with FJ 25, Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 and TVS Apache RTR 2004 V and compete with it.
