Wheat flour - 400 g
Peas -1 cup (roasted and ground)
Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch long piece (pumpkin grated)
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tea spoon to half
Salt - to taste
Oil or ghee
 
Method:
Strain the dough and remove it in a pot. Add half a teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of oil to the flour. Take soft dough dough with the help of lukewarm water. Add green chillies, ginger, green coriander, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt to the ground peas. This mixture of peas is ready to be filled in parantha. Now put the frying pan on the gas and heat it. Break a little flour from the dough, round and make a dough. Apply the dough in dry flour (parothan) and roll it round and round.

Place a little pea mixture on the rolled parantha. Lift the parantha from all sides and close it. Take this pea-filled ball large with the help of palm and fingers, and roll it lightly with the help of a cylinder. Pour the rolled parantha on a hot pan. Add ghee to both sides, turn over and bake until brown. Lift the parantha from the pan and place the napkin paper on the plate. Prepare all the paranthas in the same way. Serve and eat with hot paranthas of potato peas, curd or raita, chutney and pickles.
