Apart from the capital Delhi, the whole of India is in the grip of Corona. Students' education has been disrupted due to the virus. Governments of many states have postponed the examination. The government has postponed the examination of JEE Main and NEET. Now, these exams will be held in September. With this, the examination of JEE Advanced will also be held in September. The Ministry of Human Resource Development has also announced their dates. These examinations were proposed on different dates in July and August. With this, it has also become clear that the new academic session in all other higher educational institutions, including IITs, will now start only after September.

On Friday, Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has announced to postpone the proposed JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and NEET examinations in July and August on the recommendation of a high-level committee set up regarding these exams.

A new date has been announced regarding these exams. Under this, the examination of JEE Mains will now be between one and six September, while the examination of JEE Advanced will now be on 27 September. NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam will be held on 13th September. Meanwhile, Nishank has suggested using this time received from the students for preparing for the examinations in a better way.
